Terms of Appointment of a Distributor:
– Invest a minimum of INR 2 lacs to 5 lacs and a space of 3000 to 5000 sq. ft.
– Distributors experienced in FMCG, Energy Drinks or Juices & Soft Drinks sector are preferred
– Each district will be covered by one distributor. However, depending upon the potential and discretion of the company, there can be more distributors.
– Distributors will be given their area of operation and responsibility for sales & marketing of Fashion Brand Energy Drink products.
– Can appoint Dealers, Retailers and Sales Agents for sales & marketing
– Distribution Partner has to sell a minimum no. of products every month, as specified by Kaushik Enterprises.
– Initially, distributors are required to indent products on cash and carry basis and can be considered for credit later after establishing a satisfactory business relationship
– Distributors are required to take up local sales promotion in consultation with the company
– The partner needs to employ at least one full-time Sales Executive for our Energy Drink products
